| The conference can host only 300 participants. To secure your place at the conference, we advise you to register at the earliest. Early registrants will also benefit from a discounted conference fee. Early bird registration (till June 30, 2015): EURO 250 for overseas delegates INR 10000 for Indian delegates Registration fee (After June 30, 2015): EURO 350 for overseas delegates INR 12000 for Indian delegates Participation to the conference is not possible with tourist visa since we are at the Department of Atomic Energy’s facilities. An invitation letter will be sent to everyone that completes the final registration. With this letter you can apply for a business/conference visa at the Indian embassy in your county of residence.
