To those who say that we are worried about global warming and agains nuclear power, I really don’t take them quite seriously.
The CERN Bulletin has an article called “Thorium: In Serach of a Global Solution” that discusses ThEC13, ADS technology with Jean-Pierre Revol and Thorium with world famous Hans Blix.
Hans Blix says “Nuclear gives humanity an enormous amount of electricity without carbon dioxide, without the risk of global warming. To those who say that we are worried about global warming and agains nuclear power, I really don’t take them quite seriously. People say that we should have renewable energy; my view is that we should have sustainable energy.”
As Carlo Rubbia pointed out in this ThEC13 presentation there is more than 4500 times more energy available to us in Thorium than there is in all the fossil resources combined, that ought to make Thorium Energy sustainable. CERN Bulletin, Thorium: In Serach of a Global Solution
